Set 3 – Patsy’s Bungalow

Patsy’s Bungalow I began making quite early and then finished much later. The bay windows that I had completed were miss-sized to the doll characters I had ended up using, but I was reticent to re-do a whole set, so I instead made a smaller version of Terry to use while in the bungalow, while normal-sized Terry could be used when in the foreground on the pavement outside. This was made possible by the gradual slope of the fence. The end result worked nicely, I think.

Smashing the bay windows was achieved by cutting up some Perspex and simulating a smash with cellotape.

The ambulance in the foreground is entirely 2D and made from the otherside of a cereal box.
