Set 4 – The Vet’s

The Vet’s was complicated mainly due to the fact that I had planned several panning shots between its three rooms. In practice, this was actually not so difficult to achieve.

I also made a tiny mouse-cursor and little pop-out boxes and slides to create the effect of the vet’s computer screen working.

The effect of water coming from the vet’s tap is made using clingfilm.

I made the waiting room chairs by melting plastic coat hangers and sticking them together. The cushioned seats were old material which I sewed around cut up kitchen sponges.

I made cages which opened and close out of match-sticks and wire meshing.

The cupboards and furniture of the vet’s studio itself is all made from wood. Elements of it are functional, such as many of the cupboards.
